Her experience in the recruitment market as an employer and recruiter of staff at all levels has given her an expert insight into the skillsets, strengths and qualities most often sought for specific posts, including at executive level. This combines with her legal, sales and marketing expertise to provide the ideal background for writing bespoke CVs, covering letters and corporate profiles that help clients secure their target role.

With an executive MBA from Warwick University, Kirsty is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is an active member of industry groups focused on promoting this in finance, legal and professional services sectors.
