lives. The shock of a job loss triggers immediate anxiety and
impacts everything from self-confidence to family finances.
For many, the pressure is overwhelming, and the overriding
question is: ‘What do I do now?’.
City CV offers vital practical and emotional support to tackle
the stress, financial worries and personal/family issues that
arise from redundancy. We regularly run mental health
webinars and have almost 100 wellbeing-related e-learning
modules and articles on the Career Refinery Portal & App.
Our Wellbeing & Mental Health Support Helpline provides a
safe space ‘outside the workplace’ where exiting employees
can freely discuss concerns to help bolster resilience. We put
your people in touch with one of our wellbeing coaches. They
offer short term 30-minute wellbeing sessions and
will advise on referrals if necessary.
