Wellbeing & Mental Health Support
Redundancy has a ripple effect across people’s lives. The shock of job loss can trigger immediate anxiety and affect everything from self-confidence to family finances. For many, the pressure is overwhelming and the overriding question is, “What do I do now?”
City CV offers practical and emotional support for the stress, financial worries and personal or family issues that can arise from redundancy. Employees can access regular mental health masterclasses and almost 100 wellbeing-related e-learning modules and articles through Career Refinery.
Our Wellbeing & Mental Health Support Helpline provides a safe space outside the workplace where exiting employees can discuss concerns and strengthen their resilience. One of our wellbeing coaches offers short-term, 30-minute sessions and can advise on referrals where necessary.
