He joined City CV in 2024 after a successful career leading Customer Experience, Sales Strategy and Business Development at large organisations across Education, Housing and the NHS.

Alan’s strategic insights are underpinned by in-house and agency recruitment experience, and over two decades as a recruiting manager across the private and third sectors. With an MSc in Leadership and a First Class Honours degree, Alan combines academic excellence with practical expertise.
