Treasa is an ICF trained Executive Coach with a strong media presence, who specialises in performance, career transformation and leadership development. As a highly experienced Speaker and Facilitator, she works with both individuals and organisations to help them unlock their potential and thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

Before transitioning to her coaching career, Treasa spent over 20 years in the global banking sector. She held senior executive roles in operations, sales and product management at Citi and HSBC before moving to Bank of America, New York, where, as Managing Director, she led a global sales team. This high-level corporate experience has equipped Treasa with a unique understanding of the challenges professionals face in demanding international environments.
