With 20 years of commercial experience, Tracey has worked for leading banks, Deutsche Bank, Coutts and BNP Paribas, as well as being a recruitment consultant with a boutique firm of headhunters.

Tracey is passionate about helping people – it is what gets her out of bed in the morning. She works closely with all levels of City CV clients to create targeted, compelling documents that identify their unique value proposition and empower them to reach their potential.

Tracey holds a Commerce degree with Economics and Industrial Psychology. She is an accomplished public speaker and a regional President of Toastmasters International.
