Tony has an impressive 12-year history with City CV that builds on three decades’ professional experience in learning and development. 

 He trains clients at pivotal points in their career journey or leadership transition on their communication, with special skills in tackling performance anxiety. He helps them get through promotions, recruitment stages, interviews, assessments and presentations. He helps prepare effectively, incorporating a range of techniques that draw on commercial, organisational, cross-cultural, rhetorical, linguistic, voice and behavioural insights.

Tony has a Business Degree, an MA in Communication Management, plus CPD mileage in education and pedagogy, L&D, NLP and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He is an award-winning author who continues to design and deliver programmes at the University of London and other institutions.
