Tony’s 15-year history with City CV draws on his three decades as a learning and development professional. An executive coach who specialises in leadership transition, he partners with clients at pivotal career points to boost their self-awareness, resilience and influence.

He possesses particular expertise in oral communication, presentation skills and interviewing techniques, including tackling performance anxiety and imposter syndrome.

Tony’s sessions combine commercial, organisational, linguistic, cross-cultural, and behavioural insights. He has an MA in Communication Management, and postgraduate training in management pedagogy, NLP and cognitive behavioural therapy.
