Tom has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having practised as a lawyer in London in a magic circle firm as well as being a partner in an international offshore firm. As the former head of a Caribbean private wealth practice, he has had extensive expertise in screening, interviewing and recruiting key team members and leaders.

Tom holds a BA and MA in Law from Cambridge University and is a qualified NLP practitioner. His experience as a director and C-suite executive for Cayman Islands and Bahamas banks and trust companies has provided exposure to a myriad of international financial services leaders in the industry. Tom uses this industry knowledge to craft insightful and compelling CVs and resumes, cover letters and bios, tailored to the relevant industry sector, as well as coaching clients to maximise their potential when seeking out their ideal job opportunities.
