Juliet has worked in leadership and career development for over 20 years. She is a partner in one of the UK’s leading executive search firms and has placed clients in senior executive and Board roles for a huge range of major national organisations. She specialises in helping leaders navigate transitions, strengthen their leadership impact, and build high-performing senior teams.
Juliet’s career began in fundraising for national disability charities, followed by over a decade at Leeds University Business School, where she worked with senior executives and non-executives across corporate, public and third sectors. During her tenure she established two UK-wide bodies, the Chairman’s Business Forum, and the Public Chairs’ Forum, still running today, plus a lecture series on Corporate Wisdom.
With a naturally warm and engaging style, Juliet creates a safe space for clients to reflect on their leadership challenges, approaches and ambitions. Her coaching blends curiosity, creativity, and challenge, empowering leaders to explore their leadership impact and overcome barriers. Through this partnership, clients are guided to define clear outcomes, unlock potential, and build resilience.
Juliet holds an Honours degree in Social Policy and Administration and is accredited ILM7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She is also Vice-Chair of a charity addressing health inequalities. A member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Juliet adheres to the Global Code of Ethics, ensuring a professional and ethical approach in every coaching relationship.
