Julia is a highly skilled Sales, Business Development and Communications professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning the financial services industry, executive search and selection and public sectors across multiple jurisdictions. Her deep understanding of the corporate landscape coupled with her outstanding communications expertise enables her to create impactful career narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Formerly a Wealth Manager at Morgan Stanley and St. James’s Place, Julia covered UK based international industry leaders and entrepreneurs. Prior to that she held a Senior Research Associate role with Ward Howell International, a leading strategic leadership consulting and executive search firm. Her earlier career history includes a role in Corporate Communications at De Beers, and working as a Conference Interpreter at NATO in Brussels.

Julia holds a First Class Honours degree in Russian with French and English from Novosibirsk State University and an MBA from London Business School.
