Prior to her coaching career, Deborah spent a number of years as a banking and finance solicitor in the City. As a result, she understands the culture and pressures that people can face on a day-to-day basis in their work environments. Deborah is passionate about assisting clients across the whole industry spectrum in getting the most from their professional lives through understanding what drives them, identifying and achieving satisfying career goals, increasing motivation and confidence, enhancing their focus or through becoming inspiring leaders and managers who enable the development of their teams.

In addition to her legal qualifications, Deborah has a Coaching Diploma, and over the past two decades has continued her education into development interventions by qualifying as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner as well as completing a Masters in Organisational Psychology at the University of London focusing on areas such as leadership, performance management and learning & development. Deborah is currently writing a book on maximising career opportunities, building on the research she undertook as part of her Masters.
