With outstanding interpersonal skills, she consistently goes the extra mile for her clients, winning their confidence through her unique blend of commercial acumen and natural empathy. Her work in Europe, Asia and North Africa has given her an international perspective and her clients have gone on to win top jobs in global corporates and in a wide range of professions.

Karen holds a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the College of Law, and postgraduate qualifications in counselling and coaching from Kingston University and Goldsmiths College, University of London.
