He spent over twelve years as Director of International Human Resources at Northrop Grumman corporation, a world leader in cutting-edge defence technologies. Prior to that he held senior positions at international consulting firms, including Fujitsu, Celerant Consulting, Detica and Aon. His ability to understand and align business strategy with human dynamics makes him a trusted partner to senior leaders seeking clarity, confidence, and impact.
Steve has also played a significant role in the non-profit sector as Chair of Trustees for a child bereavement charity, former Chair of Trustees at Park Air Pension scheme, and mentor to CEOs of mission-driven organisations.
