Following a Cambridge History degree, Tim’s work has always been about helping people fulfil their potential. From teaching at universities in China to recruiting professionals to publishing sales, he found various strategies to support and develop others.

Combining coaching, writing, consulting and career counselling, he has drawn satisfaction from seeing the successes of those impacted by his work. He continues to bring insights from each of these areas of practice to his work, since originally joining City CV in 2013.
