As Head of Client Support, Teresa oversees the customer journey and provides end-to-end support across B2B/B2C client service, pre-consultation through to project closure. Teresa also manages and coordinates City CV’s coaching team.

Drawing on more than 30 years of professional experience, including two decades in HR leadership roles at AXA, The Children’s Mutual, FTA, Chilston Park and Aspens Charities, Teresa is passionate about people reaching their true potential and acts as a central liaison to ensure seamless communication between our clients, writers, coaches, proofers, consultants and Head Office.
