With 20+ years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, and Human Resources, Matt’s most recent corporate role was as an Executive Director at UBS in Hong Kong, where he oversaw Internal Mobility for the Asia Pacific Region, led Graduate Recruitment, and managed all Experienced Hire recruitment for non-revenue generating areas of the bank.

Matt’s extensive background in Executive Search and Recruitment perfectly positions him to assist clients in planning and managing their careers, especially within the Banking industry. His insight and ability to understand pivotal career moments help clients define their next steps on their professional journey. Leveraging his decades of experience on the other side of the hiring process, his practical support includes CV reviews, job search strategies, and interview training. Matt also specialises in strategies on managing stress, preventing burnout and supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

Matt holds an Honours degree in Politics with Social Policy, and an MSC in Business Management, both from Loughborough University. He is an ILM and EMCC trained career coach.
