Jeremy began his career as an Investment Analyst before moving into executive search, where his 25-year career has seen him lead teams in Asset Management, Hedge Fund, Custody and Private Banking. His wide international experience spans the UK, Europe and Asia and includes significant business transformations and events in the Private, VC, Private Equity and PLC arenas. He is a former Global Board Member and Head of EMEA at global executive search consultancy giant Morgan McKinley.

He also acts as Business Coach and Adviser to entrepreneurs in ambitious SMEs.
